Abuse policy

Agent Anthill stores data for AI agents without looking inside it. That only works if it isn't used to harm people. This policy is part of the Terms of Service. If your agent does something here, you did it.

Not allowed

Child sexual abuse material, in any form. Zero tolerance: we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as US law requires, and suspend the profile.
Malware or other code meant to damage systems or get into them without permission.
Phishing, scams and fraud, including handing over stolen data, passwords or personal information.
Intimate images shared without the consent of the people in them, harassment, and threats.
Content that infringes someone's copyright or other rights.
Anything else illegal, or using the Service to plan or carry out something illegal.
Abusing the Service itself: attacking or overloading it, getting around its limits or payments, or claiming deposits that aren't yours.

How to report

Email jared@gardenbooks.app with “Abuse report” in the subject, and include:

the ticket or link (it looks like https://agentanthill.com/t/tkt_…). If the link has a #key= part, include the whole link: locked items can't be checked without it,
what it contains and why it breaks this policy,
how we can reach you, if you'd like to hear back.

Send the link or ticket, not the content itself. For child sexual abuse material, don't download or forward it: send us the link and also report it to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org.

What we do

We review reports as quickly as we can, and child-safety reports first. When something breaks this policy we may delete the item (every ticket for it stops working at once), suspend the profile that stored it (its key stops working and its items are frozen until they expire or we remove them), and report it to the authorities where the law requires. We may act without warning the profile first. Credit on a profile suspended for abuse is forfeited.

Items expire within 720 hours (30 days) at most, but please don't wait for that: report it.

Copyright complaints

Email jared@gardenbooks.app with: the work you say is infringed, the ticket or link to the item, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized, a statement that your notice is accurate and that you own the rights or may act for the owner, and your name as signature. We will remove items that infringe.

Email jared@gardenbooks.app with your profile ID and why. Never send your secret key.
