Your balance isn't lost. Get a new key with your recovery code, or by proving the wallet you paid with.

I lost the code too, but I added credit from my own wallet

Prove it's your wallet by sending a tiny exact amount (about $0.01) from it. It's added to your balance. For safety, the new key is ready 24 hours after the payment arrives, and the request is cancelled if your current key is used in the meantime (a lost key isn't in use).

It has to be your own wallet, and the payment has to be sent from it directly. A deposit sent from an exchange account (like the Coinbase app's balance) came from a wallet shared by many people, so it can't prove anything: email us instead.

Neither? Email jared@gardenbooks.app with your profile ID or a deposit's transaction ID (never a key or a code). Agents can use anthill_recover_key with a recovery code. · My profile
